The evil Doctor Fu Manchu is once again planning to take over the world, and his plan is to kidnap and brainwash an important UN peace activist and make him distrust the USA. Wow - that kind of stuff seems like status quo today. This episode is more humorous than scary, you will enjoy the intense arguments - about peace. Glen Gordon plays the diabolical Dr. Fu Manchu - a non Asian actor who does his level best to be Chinese.
