1. At Your Service

Description: LikeTelevision™ proudly presents - Made To Order, a cult classic film made in the 1940s - where this guy goes to a drive-in restaurant and some waitress starts dancing on the hood of his car. Some other gals join in the crazy sock hop dance and you wonder why he is so jazzed about letting these gals dance on his car. And oh my - is he looking up her skirt - this is very strange content and we wondered who it was created for. We thought maybe it was for returning GIs or maybe a bizarre screen test for Hollywood, who knows.

2. Beat Girl

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Movie channel proudly presents Beat Girl - starring Gillian Hills as the rebellious teen, Jennifer. Her Dad, a rich architect has just married a young French woman with a secret past. When Jennifer finds out some sordid details, she makes life miserable for her new Mere and finds refuge at The Off Beat Cafe with her Surf-A-Billy, jive talkin', Elvis wanna-be poet friends!

3. Bosko in Baghdad

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Cartoon channel proudly presents L'il 'ol Bosko in Bagdad (it really spelled Baghdad, I know). Bosko is a little black kid who is sent out to take some cookies to his grandma - when he meets an Arab frog who takes him on a magic carpet to a land where other frogs, who play jazz, want to steal his cookies. A very bizarre cartoon - and full of terrible racial stereotypes - offending blacks and Arabs. Our apologies - it is hard to believe this was made for kids. The animation is superb - it even has a frog version of Stepin' Fetchit!

4. Bucket of Blood

Description: The LikeTelevision™ movie channel proudly presents -A Bucket of Blood! This film, a cult classic horror satire by the great Roger Corman, the king of the low budget genre, made this gem in 1959. The film precedes Little Shop of Horrors but is similar in many ways. The hero, or anti-hero is Walter Paisley, a waiter in a Beatnik coffee shop with live Poetry readings, who wants to be an ARTIST, but unfortunately, he has no talent. Great dialogue, very funny, and awesome music with Paul Horn on sax. Cool movie - check it out.

5. Felix the Cat - Felix Finds Out

Description: Felix wants to help a boy find out why the moon shines. Complete with Pink Elephants and a killer 1920's jazz track.

6. Felix the Cat - Felix Goes West

Description: Felix agrees with Horace Greeley - Go West young Cat! Complete with Indians and a killer 1920's jazz track.

7. Live At LikeTelevision - X-Periment

Description: Live at LikeTelevision™ proudly presents the X-Periment - check out this cool performance. We got keyboards, drums, bass, saxaphone and DJ playing scratches on a turntable..... but no guitar. You gotta love the insanity of this band and the open ended style of the music. The sax player is awesome too! I regret the video quality is pretty lame - we were using some stinky old hi-8 camcorders and it shows. The quality of the music and recording is excellent. Frank went back in and pulled the original audio tracks from the live performance at LikeTelevision's studio, and tweaked, remixed and synced with the original video performance.

8. Louis Armstrong Dies

Description: The LikeTelevision™ History channel proudly presents, This Day in History - July 6!

9. Man with the Golden Arm

Description: Frank Sinatra is Frankie Machine - a recovering heroin addict, married to a crippled woman who encourages him to deal cards with his “golden“ arm. Meanwhile, he's in love with another woman (Kim Novak). Lots of really cool period jazz music - though old blues eyes doesn't sing, he does play some terrible drums, especially when he's jones-ing in a cold turkey spasm. Also of note is Elmer Bernstein's really cool jazzy music, which helps drive the film's emotional rollercoaster.

15. TV Commercials EZ Pop Popcorn

Description: LikeTelevision™ proudly presents - a classic EZ Pop Popcorn TV Commercial. This one features a singing kid who offers a wonderful jingle in a jazzy beatnik be-bop kind of musical style. Very hip - even by today's jaded standards. Like hey man - a very cool popcorn commercial, check it out. I also wondered if this product one day became - Jiffy Pop Popcorn.

16. Wild Ride, The

Description: LikeTelevision™ proudly presents - The Wild Ride starring Jack Nicholson as the tough street punk, Johnny Varron. Wow - what a treat, Jack Nicholson in his second movie, circa 1960 (his debut was the Cry Baby Killer in 1958) as the alpha male in a gang of tough kids who are into racing cars. Johnny is their leader and hero who makes all the decisions for the group. For instance - Dave (Robert Bean) has a new girlfriend, and she is lame (like from the good side of the tracks) so Johnny tells Dave to lose the chick (Nancy, played by Georgiana Carter). Dave doesn't want to give up his girlfriend, so Johnny decides to move in. Of course all this ends in trouble with a capital T, as Johnny ends up killing a motorcycle cop and an extended stay at the jailhouse.
