1. Big Gundown - Classic Movie Trailers

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Sci-Fi channel brings you - The Big Gundown - a classic funky western with Lee Van Cleef. Also features a guy getting whipped, chased and tossed by a big bull - and another guy getting thumped in the forehead with a knife!

2. Black Brigade, The

Description: LikeTelevision™ proudly presents - The Black Brigade starring Richard Pryor, Billy Dee Wiliams, Stephen Boyd, Robert Hooks, Moses Gunn, and Roosevelt Grier. A white southern Captain looking to get a promotion leads a group of black soldiers behind the German lines to try and save a bridge from getting blown up. Stephen Boyd, best known for his role as Messala in Ben-Hur (the bad guy who had the big spikes on his chariot) plays Captain Beau Carter. Comedian Richard Pryor plays a frightened soldier for most of the movie in an annoying red beret and former NFL football great Rosie Grier (L.A. Rams) plays the funny big cuddly GI. (Rosie trivia - he was very skilled at Macrame and helped catch Bobby Kennedy's assassin Sirhan Sirhan on June 6, 1968 along with Olympian Rafer Johnson). Billy Dee Williams is the street wise kid from Harlem and Moses Gunn plays the cool headed doctor.

3. Bucket of Blood

Description: The LikeTelevision™ movie channel proudly presents -A Bucket of Blood! This film, a cult classic horror satire by the great Roger Corman, the king of the low budget genre, made this gem in 1959. The film precedes Little Shop of Horrors but is similar in many ways. The hero, or anti-hero is Walter Paisley, a waiter in a Beatnik coffee shop with live Poetry readings, who wants to be an ARTIST, but unfortunately, he has no talent. Great dialogue, very funny, and awesome music with Paul Horn on sax. Cool movie - check it out.

4. Circus of Fear

Description: The LikeTelevision™ movie channel presents a nifty murder mystery called Circus of Fear, starring Christopher Lee and Klaus Kinski. Circus of Fear is a wonderful game of follow the money. The money comes from a wildly successful robbery. Most of the crooks were caught, but a few got away with all the money. But someone in the circus stole the money - and the bad guys want it back. If you think you might enjoy a slick British mystery, set in the circus - you will like Circus of Fear.

5. Drive-In Massacre

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Movie channel proudly presents - Drive-In Massacre - a campy cult classic from 1974. Police investigate a series of bizarre double-murders at the local drive-in.

6. Drunken Angel

Description: This is a classic movie - by perhaps the greatest filmmaker of all time, Akira Kurosawa. Dr. Sanada, played by Takashi Shimura (the leader in Seven Samurai), treats a petty criminal named Matsunaga (Toshiro Mifune) with tuberculosis, and tries to get him to work at treating his disease (stop drinking, smoking, get some rest, etc.) Meanwhile, another gangster gets out of prison and a feud breaks out between rival factions. A cool look at the underworld in Japan in post WWII, and the courage of a poor doctor, who is trying to cure another human, even if he is a criminal. We regret that the subtitles are difficult to read - but the story is pretty easy to follow.

7. Glass House, The

Description: One of the best prison movies ever made, Truman Capote's The Glass House stars Alan Alda as a college professor who is tried and found guilty of manslaughter. Off to prison, he encounters the underground system, run by inmates and corrupt guards, and the notorious Hugo Slocum - the wretched leader who is as slimy as they come.

8. Johnny Carson - The Tonight Show

Description: This short video clip features a monologue snippet, followed by a hilarious time Art Fern trying to hawk an electric Gypsu (Ginsu knife spoof). Muhammad Ali chats with Johnny about boxing and looking good, followed by George Foreman who wicked funny. This video clip closes with the Smother's Brothers doing a terrific ditty for the crowd!

9. Jungle Book

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Movie channel proudly presents - Jungle Book - with Sabu, Joseph Calleia, Rosemary De Camp, and Patricia O'Rourke. A boy is raised in the jungle by wolves and later grows into a man who confront tigers and and evil men. Based on the book by Rudyard Kipling.

10. Knife in the Water

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Movie channel proudly presents - knife in The Water (Noz w Wodze) - with Jolanta Umecka, Zygmunt Malanowicz, Leon Niemczyk. This was director Roman Polanski's first feature film. Polish with subtitles.

11. Monk - Mr. Monk and the Twelfth Man

Description: Mr. Monk is called on the case after a bunch of murders plague the city. Good stuff.

13. Return To Treasure Island

Description: Long John Silver's Return To Treasure Island is a pirate adventure sequel to the classic, Treasure Island, written by Robert Louis Stevenson. Long John saves Jim Hawkins and the Governor's daughter from the evil Captain Medosa, or El Toro to his buccaneer friends. Jim and Long John also try to get a ship to return to Treasure Island in lost treasure. Lots of funny moments, and a great thrill at the end as Jim is chased by the blind Israel Hands. Great swashbuckling fun!

14. Sci-Fi Trailer Series 7-12

Description: More Sci-Fi Movie Trailers including Black Pit of Dr. M, Monstrosity, Daughter of Horror, Blood Man of the Devil, The Vampire Lovers and Diary of a Madman!

15. Shark a.k.a. Man Eater

Description: The LikeTelevision™ movie channel presents Shark, also known as ManEater, Twist of the knife, Caine, and originally - Arma de dos Filos (it originally released as a Mexican film). The film stars Burt Reynolds as Caine. The film was directed by the great Sam Fuller - who had some serious issues with the producer (Jose Luis Calderon) and left the production very upset. He even asked that his name be removed from the film - but the producers did not comply. Based on a novel by Victor Canning.

16. Sherlock Holmes - Dressed To Kill

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Movie channel proudly presents - Dressed To Kill - with Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes and Nigel Bruce as Dr. Watson. Sherlock Holmes is once again after a clever woman. Based on the Sherlock Holmes character created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

17. Theater of Blood

Description: Vincent Price plays a washed up Shakespearean actor named Edward Lionheart, who goes crazy after he loses The Critic's Award. Though the critics think he committed suicide after losing, he is actually alive, and arranges a Shakespearean death for all the critics who spurned him. Great movie, fine acting, and filmed in Britain.

18. Un Chien Andalou

Description: Un Chien Andalou, or An Andalusian Dog a creepy and weird avant garde masterpiece written by Salvador Dali and Luis Bunuel. Created in 1929, the 17 minute film was the first directed by Luis Bunuel, and features several scenes that are legendary. Who could forget the eyeball getting sliced open with a straight razor, or the ants crawling out of the hand, or the man hauling two priests (Dali and Bunuel no less) attached to two huge grand pianos, each with a bloody dead donkey inside. Nope - one doesn't forget these images easily.

19. Walk in the Sun, A

Description: LikeTelevision™ proudly presents - A Walk in the Sun starring Dana Andrews, Lloyd Bridges, Sterling Holloway, John Ireland and Richard Conte. This classic World War II film made in 1945 examines the minds of a small group of soldiers as the embark on a mission to blow up a bridge in the Italian country. It begins at sea just before the land on the beach which is pretty well defended by the Nazis. The movie is mostly about what the men are thinking as they are on the mission and the conversations they have. It is about how they keep sane while everything around them in just plain crazy.

20. You Asked For It - Episode one

Description: The LikeTelevision™ Classic TV channel proudly presents You Asked For It!, Television's Greatest Request Show brought to you by Skippy. With host Art Baker - viewers would send in questions or requests and they would produce a short TV piece that addressed the request - WHY? - because... you asked for it!
