Part one
A quick case w/ Charlie Smiley - who is peddling without a license. Our next case involves a man who annoys women and can't keep his hands to himself... cause he knows women and these women were "easy" women. In fact, they were married women, travelling out of town and one was married to the mayor back home! Oh boy - he'll pay - a $50 fine!

Part two
Features a blind begger - who isn't blind. Judge Jay throws the book at him! A women who abuses her children AND a guy who is trying to incite a riot. What is going on here???

Part three
Features a guy who crashed a swanky dance club dressed as a policeman. Now - he is quoting the constitution, saying it was his civil duty to take down the shady establishment. Later - Judge Jay hears a case about a guy getting drunk!
